Spring Break and more......

Last week we had spring break, so I decided to head to St. Louis to see the family.  My grandpa has been sick and I thought that letting him see the kids would help lift his spirits.  While we were there, we visited with the cousins, went to the zoo, and got the see the the University of Illinois baseball game at the new Bush Stadium. The kids did better than I thought on the long car ride, but I think next time I will fly. (Even though my parents say that is impossible because I carry too much stuff! :)

Ella and her sweet cousin Ethan!
They even have Build-A-Bear at the zoo!

Grandma Smith gave my kids there first Fun Dip!  Thanks Mary Ann!

Sweet Letters

My sweet Ella can write her name!!!!  The E has many extra lines, but how CuTe is that?!?

Somewhere Over The Rainbow

Yesterday we had the most beautiful rainbow in  our neighborhood.  When I noticed it, I could see the end of it through the trees.  I told Marc to drive down to the end of our street.  There, you could see the END of the rainbow on the water.  We quickly went back home to get my camera.  I had to have a picture of that.  I have never seen the END of a rainbow.  Then as we were backing out of the driveway, we saw the other end of the rainbow was in front of our house.  The kids were so excited.  What a unique experience to see a double rainbow, and to see BOTH ends of it!!!!

Busy, Busy

It seems like we have been so busy lately with a little of this and a little of that. Busy cooking for babies, reading books to dollies, dancing to kid bops, and wanting to be just like big brother!
